Creator Kit
Everything you need to talk about FreeMaint.
Copy, numbers, visuals and the rules. Take what you need, replace the code with yours, publish.
Live from our public API. Use these — never invent a number. If you quote a figure on video, say “at the time of recording”.
What to say, and what not to
The fastest way to lose credibility with a maintenance audience is one wrong claim. This list keeps you safe.
SAYAccurate
- A CMMS with a free Core tier: $0, unlimited users, permanently.
- Paid tiers are flat per company, not per seat — $29 / $99 / $299 a month.
- Published by Freemaint LLC, Wyoming, USA. Founded November 2025.
- Web and mobile, 18 languages.
- Used by 3.6k+ companies in 130 countries.
- The whole CMMS market was acquired. FreeMaint is the independent one.
NEVEROff limits
- “Open source” — FreeMaint is proprietary with a free tier.
- “Free forever, no paid plans” — the paid tiers fund the free one.
- Compliance claims we have not published (HIPAA, ISO, SOC 2).
- Attacks on a competitor’s product quality. Criticise per-seat pricing, never the software.
- Any number that did not come from the API above.
The angle that works
Not a feature list. The bottleneck in most plants is not software quality — it’s who is allowed to open it. When a licence costs per user, the storekeeper, the night-shift electrician and the contractor never get an account. So the history is incomplete, and the CMMS slowly becomes decorative. Price is the feature.

Logo rules
Six things that keep the mark recognisable. Everything else is fair game.
How the money works
The one rule
Disclose the partnership — “#ad”, “affiliate”, or a spoken mention. FTC and ASA require it, and it protects you. Not allowed: paid search ads on the FreeMaint brand name, fake discount claims, spam in groups or comment sections, and self-referral.
