Maintenance benchmarks from real data

Most maintenance benchmarks describe large plants in rich countries running paid software. We publish what the rest of the world's maintenance data actually says — measured from live CMMS workspaces, free to read and free to quote.

How we work

Measured, not surveyed

Every figure comes from aggregated production data. Nothing is modelled, estimated or extrapolated. Where the data is weak, we say so and publish the number anyway.

Anonymised, with a privacy floor

No group of fewer than five companies is published, and any segment dominated by a single customer is dropped entirely. No company name, email or identifier ever appears.

Free to read, free to quote

No sign-up, no email wall, no PDF download. Published under CC BY 4.0 — quote it, chart it, republish it, with attribution to FreeMaint Research.

Press and citations

Journalists, analysts and researchers are welcome to quote any figure with attribution to FreeMaint Research. If you need a methodology detail, a breakdown that is not published, or a comment, write to contact@freemaint.com.
