Build a quote (estimate) for a customer: pick the client, add the parts/labor/services needed, and see both your cost and the sale price — without consuming any inventory. Available on the Business plan.

How it works

Open Quotes from the sidebar and click New quote
Choose the customer and add line items (parts auto-fill cost and sale price)
Send the quote, then mark it Accepted or Rejected
Convert an accepted quote into a work order — only then is stock allocated

A quote never changes your stock. Inventory is consumed only when you convert an accepted quote to a work order.
