Do I need to download CMMS software?

The CMMS itself needs no installer — sign in from any browser, no IT setup. What you can download free are the CMMS Excel template, the preventive maintenance guide and the mobile app for iOS and Android. Self-hosted/on-premise exists for regulated industries (HIPAA, ISO, GMP), but new deployments are currently paused.
