Mobile Steps
- Open FreeMaint app
- Tap '+' or navigate to Requests
- Fill in title and description
- Take photos with camera
- Select priority and category
- Tap 'Submit'
Tip
Scan an asset's QR code to auto-fill asset and location fields.
Tip
In the app, reporting a problem is always called "New request". On a location's page, "New request here" opens a request already filled in with that location.
