Track when assets go down, for how long, and why.
Recording Downtime
- Open asset detail page
- Go to Downtime section
- Click 'Add Downtime'
- Enter start time and reason
- When restored, enter end time
- Optionally add cost impact
Tip
Track MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) to measure response efficiency.
