Each asset gets a unique reference (ASS-1, ASS-2, etc.) and stores specs, financial data, and maintenance history.
Required Fields
- Name โ Clear, identifiable name
- Category โ Production, HVAC, Electrical, etc.
- Location โ Physical installation location
Optional Fields
- Model & Serial Number
- Manufacturer
- Description
- Barcode
- Photos & Documents
- Acquisition Cost, Purchase Date, Warranty
