Tiles are clickable — jump directly to filtered lists.
Customizing your dashboard
- Click Customize at the top right of the dashboard.
- Tick or untick a widget to show or hide it — for example, hide Work Orders Overview if your team leads with inspections.
- Drag a widget by its handle to move it up or down. The order is saved to your account.
- Reset to Defaults restores the layout your organization set.
Tip
Admins: Company Settings → Default Dashboard sets the starting layout for everyone who has not customized their own. It never overwrites a dashboard someone has already arranged.
Tip
The "Needs Attention" card shows work orders awaiting validation only to users who can validate them, and those awaiting closure only to users who can close them — on the web and in the mobile app. Recent activity shows each record's reference (WO-…, REQ-…) and the new status in your language.
Tip
In Recent activity, "Group by item" (next to "Activity types") shows one card per work order, request, asset or location — its status changes, comments and closure notes together, the notes only once. Your choice is remembered for your account.
