Feature trials (14 days)

If your company pays for the Starter or Business plan, you can try one feature of a higher plan for 14 days, free, without changing your plan or your invoice.

How to start a trial

1. Open a screen that needs a higher plan, or click the padlock badge next to a locked option.
2. Click the button “Try Custom dashboards free for 14 days” and confirm.
3. Everyone in your company can use the feature right away, on the web and in the mobile app.

The rules

• Only an administrator who manages the subscription can start a trial.
• One feature at a time, and each feature only once per company.
• Your plan and your invoice do not change, and nothing is charged.
• Three days before the end, the administrator who started the trial receives a reminder by e-mail and in the app, then a notice when it ends.
• When the trial ends, the feature needs its plan again. Nothing created during the trial is deleted.
• To keep the feature, move to the plan that includes it from the subscription page.
• The subscription page lists the running trial and the features already tried.

What cannot be tried

Custom domain and branding, white label, SSO and SCIM, API keys, webhooks, Slack and Teams, public wallboard links, support and SLA commitments, unlimited storage and retention, multi-site structure, custom numbering, e-mail campaigns and energy control.
