Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrading is instant — no data migration, no reconfiguration. Your existing work orders, assets, users and settings stay in place; only the feature gates change.

How to upgrade

1. Open Company Settings → Subscription — Visible to admins and super-admins.
2. Click 'Upgrade to <tier>' — Currently this opens a request form (we contact you to set up payment).
3. We confirm and flip your tier — Once payment is set up, your account is promoted within minutes. Founding Partner price is locked in if a slot is available.

Downgrading

You can downgrade at any time. Features above your new tier become read-only or hidden. Your data is never deleted — re-upgrading restores access to everything.

Billing

We're currently onboarding our first paying customers manually (Stripe Atlas LLC in progress). Plans are billed monthly or annually (save 20-35%). Once Stripe goes live, you'll manage everything from /company-settings/subscription self-service.
