FreeMaint has 4 cloud tiers (Core, Starter, Business, Enterprise) plus an On-Premise option for air-gapped or compliance-driven deployments. All cloud tiers are flat-fee per company — no per-user tax.

Core (Free forever)

$0/month. Unlimited users, assets, work orders, preventive maintenance, mobile app, requests. 1 GB storage. Available to anyone, no time limit.

Starter ($29/mo)

Adds Vendors, Customers, Purchase Orders, full HSE module, LOTO advanced, Meters with PM triggers, workflow engine (5 automations cap), webhooks (100/day cap), AI chatbot (10 msg/day), PDF/Excel export, 5 GB storage.

Business ($99/mo)

Adds Contracts, Projects, Shutdowns, Task templates, Custom fields, E-signature, unlimited workflow + webhooks, REST + GraphQL API (5,000 calls/day, read AND write mutations), advanced analytics & consolidated reports, Custom dashboards, full Team chat (real-time, threads, search, file attachments, typing indicators), scheduled backups, full audit logs, priority support, 50 GB storage.

Enterprise ($299/mo)

On-Premise ($200/mo or $2,000/yr)

Self-hosted in your own infrastructure. Air-gapped, full data sovereignty, no per-user counter, no asset cap. Designed for compliance-heavy industries (defense, healthcare, regulated manufacturing).
