Add team members and assign roles

Invite Your Teamen

Invite your maintenance team, managers, and requesters. Each person gets a role controlling their access.

Inviting Users

  1. Navigate to People > Invite
  2. Enter email address
  3. Select role (Admin, Manager, Technician, Requester, etc.)
  4. Optionally assign to a team
  5. Click 'Send Invitation'

Common Roles

ADMIN

Full access to everything

MANAGER

Approve requests, manage teams, view reports

TECHNICIAN

Complete assigned work orders

REQUESTER

Submit maintenance requests only

VIEWER

Read-only access

Tip

Create teams (e.g., 'Electrical Team') and assign work orders to entire teams instead of individuals.
