Custom branding & white-label

Make FreeMaint look like your own product. Upload your logo, set a primary brand color and a brand name shown across the app and your public QR pages. Available on the Enterprise plan.

Setting up your branding

1. Open Company Settings → Branding
2. Upload your company logo (PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP, up to 2 MB)
3. Pick a primary color with the color picker, or paste a CSS HSL value like "224 76% 53%"
4. Optionally set a brand name to replace your legal company name in the app
5. Click "Save branding" — the workspace re-themes instantly

Hiding the FreeMaint attribution

Enable "Hide Powered by FreeMaint" to remove the FreeMaint attribution from the app and your public QR landing pages — useful for resellers and fully white-labelled deployments.

Availability

Custom branding and white-label are part of the Enterprise plan. The company logo upload is available on every plan; brand color, brand name and hiding the attribution require Enterprise.
