Custom branding & white-label

Make FreeMaint look like your own product. Upload your logo, set a primary brand color and a brand name shown across the app and your public QR pages. Available on the Enterprise plan.

Setting up your branding

1. Open Company Settings → Branding
2. Upload your company logo (PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP, up to 2 MB)
3. Pick a primary color with the color picker, or paste a CSS HSL value like "224 76% 53%"
4. Optionally set a brand name to replace your legal company name in the app
5. Click "Save branding" — the workspace re-themes instantly

Hiding the FreeMaint attribution

Enable "Hide Powered by FreeMaint" to remove the FreeMaint attribution from the app and your public QR landing pages — useful for resellers and fully white-labelled deployments.

Your own web address

Enterprise plans can serve FreeMaint from your own hostname, for example cmms.yourcompany.com. You set it up on this same page, at the bottom: enter the hostname, add the CNAME record we show you, then click "Verify DNS". Full guide: Settings & Configuration > Custom domain.

A branded sign-in link, without buying a domain

You do not need a domain to give your team a branded sign-in page. Set a login slug on this page and share https://freemaint.com/auth/signin?org=<your-slug> — it shows your logo, colours and welcome message before anyone signs in.

Availability

Custom branding and white-label are part of the Enterprise plan. The company logo upload is available on every plan; brand color, brand name and hiding the attribution require Enterprise.
