Wallboards (TV/screen display)

Generate a revocable read-only link that displays your active work orders and incoming requests on any TV or computer screen in the maintenance area. No account, no login — just open the URL in the browser. Available on the Business tier.

Setting up a wallboard

1. Open Company Settings → Wallboards
2. Click "Generate link", enter a name (e.g. "Production floor TV")
3. Copy the URL or scan the QR code shown — this is your only chance
4. Paste the URL in the TV browser and pin/bookmark the tab
5. The view auto-refreshes every 30 seconds

Security & privacy

• The wallboard is strictly read-only — no actions can be triggered from the public URL.
• Personal data (assignee names, requester emails, costs, internal notes) is never exposed on the public page.
• Revoke a link anytime from Settings → Wallboards. The public URL stops working immediately.
• Each company is limited to 5 active wallboards; revoke an old one to create a new one.
• Each access is logged (timestamp + counter) for audit.
