Inactive workspaces

A workspace that nobody uses for six months — no sign-in, no use of an open session, no activity — and that has never been covered by a paid subscription is closed, then deleted. We always email its administrators first, and a single sign-in cancels everything.

  • After six months without use, the workspace administrators receive email notices 30, 14 and 7 days before closure.
  • Closure deletes nothing: the workspace is kept for 90 days, and signing in restores it exactly as it was.
  • A final notice is emailed to the administrators 7 days before permanent deletion.
  • Deletion permanently removes the workspace, its data and its uploaded files.
  • Workspaces with a paid subscription, now or in the past, are never closed for inactivity.
  • Deleted data, files included, also disappears from our backups within 90 days.
