Slack & Microsoft Teams

Push work-order, request and low-stock notifications straight into a Slack or Microsoft Teams channel. Available on the Enterprise plan. No code — paste an incoming webhook URL and pick the events.

Setting it up

1. Slack: in Slack, create an Incoming Webhook for the target channel and copy its https://hooks.slack.com/… URL.
2. Teams: in the channel, use Workflows → “Post to a channel when a webhook request is received” and copy the generated URL (the legacy Office 365 connector is retired by Microsoft).
3. Open Company Settings → Integrations, choose Slack or Teams, paste the URL, name it and select the events.
4. Click Send test to confirm the channel receives the message.
