Work Orders on Mobile

The mobile app gives technicians full work order access in the field.

Adding a photo

1. Open the work order and use the Photos strip on its detail screen — the first tile is a camera marked Add. This works at any status and is the everyday way.
2. While marking the job complete, the completion screen has its own Before and After tiles.
3. A photo can also be sent as a message in the work order's chat, which is right when it needs a comment alongside it.
